1. Scope of the Service and Conditions of Use

By subscribing to the OK Buchalteria Newsletter, the User enters into an agreement with the Service Provider (OK Buchalteria) for the electronic delivery of informational and promotional content. The Newsletter may include updates related to accounting, taxation, legal changes, industry insights, educational materials, and marketing information about OK Buchalteria or our services. The Newsletter is provided free of charge and exclusively to adults who voluntarily submit their e-mail address via the subscription form and confirm the subscription through an activation link. Subscribing requires a device with Internet access and an active e-mail address. By subscribing, the User agrees to comply with these Terms of Service and acknowledges that the Newsletter does not constitute individualized professional advice. The User must not provide or transmit any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content while interacting with the Service Provider, including through forms or e-mail communication.

2. Formation, Duration, and Termination of the Agreement

The agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service enters into force once the User activates their subscription via the verification link sent to their e-mail address. The service is provided for an indefinite period of time and begins no later than 90 days after confirmation. Both the User and the Service Provider may terminate the agreement at any time without stating a reason. Unsubscribing is possible at any moment through the link included in each newsletter or by directly contacting the Service Provider via email at poczta@okbuchalteria.pl. Termination takes effect within 48 hours of receiving the request. OK Buchalteria reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Newsletter service at its discretion, particularly in the event of technical issues, legal requirements, or misuse of the service.

3. Data Processing, Security, and Liability Limitations

The Service only processes User’s data that was voluntarily provided through contact forms. Personal data, including e-mail address, name, and other metadata related to the provision of Newsletter, is processed in a strict accordance with OK Buchalteria’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We do not collect and use data for other purposes, other than providing the Newsletter and maintaining communication with the User. We do not distribute or sell User’s personal data to third parties, unless a User’s written consent is provided or there are legal requirements to do so. Despite employing appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, electronic communication may involve risks such as malware, phishing, unauthorized access, or service interruptions. Users are advised to maintain updated software, use antivirus protection, and exercise caution when opening electronic communications. All information distributed via the Newsletter is of a general informational nature. It must not be considered a personal tax, legal, accounting, financial, or management advice. Although OK Buchalteria takes reasonable care to ensure accuracy and reliability of information, it accepts no liability for errors, outdated content, or any decisions made on the basis of the Newsletter without prior individualized consultation with a qualified professional. The Service Provider is not liable for system failures, service interruptions, or issues resulting from the User’s technical environment.

4. Complaints and Communication

Users may submit complaints regarding the operation of the Newsletter via poczta@okbuchalteria.pl. A complaint should include the User’s name, contact details, and a detailed description of the issue. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days, though in complex cases the period may be extended up to 30 days with prior notification. All official communication related to the Newsletter, including updates to these Terms, may be sent to the e-mail address provided by the User.

5. Intellectual Property and Governing Law

All content provided on this website and the Newsletter, including text, infographics, logo, or other visual or written material, as well as these Terms of Services are protected by copyright. The User may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute those, unless a prior written content from OK Buchalteria is provided. Unauthorized use may and will result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising in connection with the Newsletter service shall be resolved by competent Polish courts unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
